Return plants by the window before you leave

When playing music, please be mindful of neighboring offices & noise levels

No flames

Clean up after yourself (you will be charged a $75 cleaning fee if you leave a mess) cleaning supplies are located behind the door.

Close the doors when you leave

Turn everything off before leaving

Out of respect of others, you must wait until your booking time to enter the studio, and must be completely out of the space before your allotted time is up.

Please knock first no nails or hanging anything on the walls that will create holes

Reschedule requests MUST be made no later than48 hoursbefore your originally scheduled date/time slot and no refunds are given in the event of cancelation
